I Won't Back Down (classic rock, Tom Petty)

Hello Grafted In Readers,

Thanks to the five of you who have dropped by to visit since last post. Today is Wednesday, April 10 in my corner of blog land.

Have you ever done something that you could take pride in, and for whatever reason, if it was to benefit others, the thing you accomplished went largely unnoticed?

I woke this morning to spend a good hour in quiet solitude just over this very experience. The issue is to make other things in your life front and center, so this occurrence is not robbing you of your joy, your creativity, your attention to the moment in which you now live, and probably a few other prospects.

Perhaps It may well be  Jordan Peterson, Psychiatrist, whom advised compare yourself today with yourself of yesterday. That's a reminder to not compare your success with another but with your own.

Yes, easier said than done; I know...

My 11-month-old title, "Human Being Human Doing" continues to be at reduced price at:

till the end of April 2024.

This six-story anthology is select portraits of how people in history have overcome things like: genocide, chronic anxiety, old faith perspective, familial dysfunction, etc.

This EBook version is meant to: be good to our environment, inform, inspire, and encourage those who may read this title. Check it out, please!

I hope you are enjoying your season, or growing through your season!

As to forthcoming newsletter at Substack, I am making slow progress but anticipate a post placement by month's end. Eventually, you will be invited to follow me over there so we can continue our visits.

Meantime, don't back down, give up, quit, throw in the towel, but as Scripture notes, "Adonai is our shepherd; one shall not want for anything. (Psalm 23).

Mellow Rock,
